1/4 of adults vaccinated against covid-19.

The vaccination program is running smoothly in The Cayman Islands.

(RCN) 24% of adults have received at least one shot of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, according to statistics released by Public health. Over 13% of the adult population have received their second dose of the vaccine.

Meanwhile, officials said Tuesday that all of the 209 results from the latest batch of screening tests for the coronavirus were negative.

There are 30 active cases in the Cayman Islands at the moment, all persons in isolation. Only one patient has symptoms.
