RCN Editorial: Eagle Rays soft-reopening!

I recently had the privilege to attend a soft re-opening of Eagle Rays, a popular restaurant in East End. The restaurant is being run by local chef Wayne O’Connor, the owner of “Food for Thought” and “Gateway of India.”

The taster platter consisted of new menu items, such as Tandoori shrimp, Veggie Burgers, and Butter chicken. All of them were delicious. We also got to try the donut holes, which were a light, but tasty dessert option. The restaurant also served a cocktail, named “The Vaccine,” which contained a syringe, to imitate the Covid-19 vaccine.

The restaurant will re-open to the public on Good Friday, and stay open for the entire Easter Weekend.
