Frank Schillings $18 Million 27 unit apartments approved by CPA.
(RCN) Frank Schilling’s $18 million dollar apartment complex was approved by the CPA, on Wednesday 12th of May. Frank Schilling is known for the company he started, Uniregistry. Mr. Schilling sold Uniregistry to GoDaddy for $196.2 million dollars and has an estimated net worth of $500 million dollars.
The complex. which will have 3 buildings and 27 units. Mr Schilling told reporters from Real Cayman News, The Cayman Compass and Cayman News Service, that he expects that the apartments will be bought by caymanians. The apartments will cost around $800,000.
Mr. Schilling also mentioned his vision to have low-cost housing in the Cayman Islands and has land behind the Government Admin building, which he hopes to build a 7 story low-cost housing facility.
