MCU Georgina Kerford Will Head to Israel for Miss Universe 2021 Competition.

(RCN) Miss Cayman Universe 2021 Georgina Kerford is set to depart for the Miss Universe Competition in Eilat Israel, Loop Cayman reported. The 70th Miss Universe competition will broadcast live on FOX on the 12th of December, at 7 PM EST. Georgina Kerford was crowned Miss Cayman Universe on September 19th, 2021, Loop Cayman reported.

Georgina Kerford told Vikki Wheaton on a Cayman Compass Interview that she is excited to go to the International Pageant.

“I am really excited to go and see that culture. I am excited to travel so far away, I know I will miss home. I am excited to meet all the girls from different countries. I am excited to go overseas and represent my Island. Hopefully, I can place in a number that the Cayman Islands hasn’t placed in before.” Georgina Kerford speaking with Vikki Wheaton on the 23rd of September. Miss Cayman Islands Georgina Kerford received a Kia Sportage and a $70k scholarship for university. She plans to pursue a degree in Education in the United Kingdom.

“My aim with the competition was to get the Scholarship, to further my education. It was an emotional feeling (when she won) and I am so thankful.”

Georgina Kerford is the youngest Miss Cayman Islands in the last 30 years. She hopes to be a representative for young people in the community, and empower young people to use their voices and empower others.

Israel, Like the Cayman Islands, has had a successful vaccination program, which allows for a stadium that can hold 6500 people to be built. The organization is importing a “state-of-the-art, bespoke arena” from Portugal, with 5,000 seats and dimensions of 16.5 meters in height, Variety reported.

Miss Cayman Universe Georgina Kerford is related to CEO John Michael-Kerford and News Director John Fleming.
